Last time we went to Mining Co. in Orange we just got dessert/appetizers, but the menu looked so good we really wanted to go there for dinner some time. Our friends Jeff & Amber got us a gift certificate there for Christmas so we were able to go for dinner and it was soooo delicious! They have a whole room that is a salad bar (it comes with every meal) with every kind of lettuce, pasta, and fruit salad you can imagine. The honeydew and pineapple were so sweet! I love honeydew! For dinner I got the cream sauce chicken fettuccini and Chris got the prime rib. We both loved our meals, they were so fantastic. Every meal also comes with their cheese garlic bread. It was such a yummy meal and we got a great seat by a window. It was a really fun night.
